Is my payment secure?

Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure page and never reach this website.

Can I cancel a monthly contribution?

Any time, in two clicks, using the link in your receipt. No cancellation fee, no reason needed.

Will you show my name publicly?

Only if you enter a name and leave a message. Leave both blank and your contribution stays completely anonymous.

How will it appear on my statement?

As GIVELANTERN, so you can recognise it later.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — contact us within 30 days and we will refund it in full. See our Refund Policy.

Is this tax-deductible?

Only if we have told you so in writing. Unless stated otherwise, contributions here are voluntary and not tax-deductible. Please check with your own adviser.
